If you follow me on Instagram you would have seen that I had a lovely day out in London with TBP! In case you’re wondering what TBP is, it’s short for “The Blogger Program” which is an Influencer marketing platform. They enable bloggers worldwide to find, connect, & collaborate with different brands for campaigns. I’ve worked on a few different campaigns with TBP before and as a thank you they invited me to The House of Elemis for a facial! Following the pamper I went as their guest to the Avenue Restaurant in Mayfair for a 3 course lunch. Sounds like bliss doesnt it? Well is was! 😉
My initial appointment was at the House of Elemis. I was very excited about this as I just LOVE their products, and it gave me the chance to explore their line further. I was welcomed with a lovely cup of Rose tea followed be an in depth chat all about my skin. They have a unique machine which takes a photo of your skin magnified and it has the ability to assess what areas need more help! My warm and friendly therapist Sophie advised me on the Biotech Radiance Renew facial. She went though every step with me and asked me if it sounded okay. Okay was an understatement , it sounded amazing!!
Sophie then took me to my therapy room. She had me change into a soft robe which was hanging in a little wardrobe. She started the process on my skin which was a wonderful experience. It was VERY soothing indeed, especially the neck and shoulder massage! After my therapist finished removing all the dead skin with a simulator, and using the Biotech ion machine with all the amazing fragrant Elemis products she told me I was finished. My skin felt transformed, SO baby soft. I felt glowing. Sophie left me to change. When I came upstairs there was a smoothie shot, and a glass of champagne waiting for me. I didn’t drink much of the champagne because I was so hungry. I was looking forward to our next location at Avenue restaurant in Mayfair!
The food and the wine, and atmosphere at Avenue was perfect. I will be dreaming about that Sea Bream with bok choy for a while! Thank you so much TBP for such a lovely day out!
A big cheers to last weekend! I was so excited to join my fellow bloggers and Instagramers for an amazing lunch at Geales Notting Hill!!
Geales was established in 1939 which makes it one of the oldest Fish restaurants in town! It’s located on a quiet street, tucked away from the traffic and surrounded by colorful houses, you know the ones which makes Notting Hill so special!
We enjoyed cocktails, oysters, and an array of seafood food starters. For my main I had the traditional smoked haddock with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce followed by more cocktails and delicious desserts. Yummy!!!
For the event I wore my trusty vintage Levis cut off jeans with converse and a vintage silky satin blouse.
Welcome to the magical VilleFranche-Sur-Mer! Today we celebrated the resurrection of Jesus and it couldn’t of been in a more beautiful place. We had lunch next to the water surrounded by brightly colored buildings on one side and little boats on the other. Matty was obsessed with feeding the fish, so we copied the fishermen and gave them a bunch of french fries. I’m pretty sure they loved them!
Today I wore a new top from Pull & Bear, with my basic ripped vintage Levis shorts. My glasses are vintage and I found them in a Vide Grenier (Flea market) for 1.00 euro!! Have I told you how much I love finding deals 😉
I hope you enjoyed my photos from Ville Franche as much as I enjoyed being there!!!
We started off at the Cannes Gare SNCF aka train station. I saw this awesome 60’s billboard I just had to snap it. Behind me you can get a glimpse of the station! The sweater I’m wearing here is from the Zara sale 40% off! I just love the scalloped edge, go grab one before its gone!!
Theres so many fun things too look at in Cannes! I just love this chocolate shop window, just look at the lipstick chocolates!! <3
Next stop which is ALWAYS on my list when I come here is Steak and Shake! See it there on the left? Best spot and makes me feel like I’m in LA again having a burger and milkshake 🙂
It was very sunny yesterday so I decided to brave it and wear shorts, I paired it with this amazing vintage blouse I found at the flea market last weekend! I love this blouse, the lace and ruffle is so perfect!!

Hey! It’sbeen awhile since I posted an outfit update, but there’s a good reason for it! I’ve been getting things ready & preparing to open my Depop shop Oh Lover Vintage again. I’ve just added a few pieces to it, so check it out!! When spring hits so doall the flea markets here in France.
These quintessentially French Flea Markets are called Vide Greniers which means ‘Cleaning out the attic’!! Can you imagine all of the amazing things that are hidden in the attics of French homes? You are right if your imagination goes wild! Cruising through some of the best assortment of vintage is my kind of thing, and I always come back home with my arms full. Over the weekend I decided I was going to hit a few to search for some awesome stock for my shop, and yet again I wasn’t disappointed!
My love and understanding of vintage clothing goes back to my youth. I started as a teenager working in a ton of vintage stores all over London including Camden, Notting Hill & also Stockholm, Sweden. My favorite thing to do is to rummagethrough piles of old clothes to find the perfect items! Its such a thrill!!
I will do a blog postvery soon for you to help you know whatto look for when going to flea markets or car boot sales.
This red vintage varsity jacket with the initials A.C for American Collage is one of the pieces I came across on my treasure hunt!! If you follow me on Instagram I told you there was a secret to this jacket… Well the secret is that I paid just 3Euro for it!! I know I was shocked too!
I paired the jacket with a simple black turtle neck and some ripped Levis denim shorts. Its still not hot enough to wear just the shorts so fishnets (as always) was just the thing!
